A new policy have been implemented to ensure adequate fairness among all I.V.A. facilitators.
The salary of all facilitators will be divided equally among all. For example, if there is 20 students paying S$60 a month, it would total up to S$1200 by the end of the month.
There is 3 facilitators in the class all the time, so the salary for each facilitator will be S$400. Of course, we have to keep the rent of the venue in mind.
*Update*
Still, there has been no news of a suitable place for education. Here, I would like to ask for the help of I.V.A. supporters to keep a look out of suitable venue to start lessons.
I'm glad I could bring you news that I.V.A. will be a wiser choice for parents out there and we possess the flexibility for everything. Other than time which is UP to our schedule. Here's the update for Seok Chin.
The following information is obtained from an unknown source.
Implementation of MS Cafe Cash and Credit system.
Update of Cheque Voucher DIY service.
Breakdown of MS Trainers' pay and salary ratio.
Update of Attnd07 input methods.
The push for I.V.A. to be executed is getting intense. Multiple parents have inquired about the LOCATION of the tuition centre which has yet to be available.
Left with only the venue for tuition unconfirmed, we hope to get the numbers of students interested before the class starts. So if anyone of you is interested, the June Holidays promotion still applies and other than the venue, there isn't anything else to worry about.
Hope to see you soon.
After doing research from previous teaching experience, we realised that teaching is TOTALLY USELESS without the student learning.
Presently, what most tuition provide is questions after questions, moving on if the student had no problems.
We've decided to improve the situation by making the students learn by giving them problems beyond their level and therefore the need to think harder, referring to books and resources, or even asking their school teachers for help.
Of course, understanding that parents or other tutors can give similar situations to their children, there have been modifications to the teaching methods.
Instead of telling them what they should do next, we show them the next step and want them to explain why we did that step. OR we give them hints so that the students will believe they can do it and therefore, solving the problem.
Glad to know that you clicked on the blog link. This page will be updated often to let you keep track of the progress and achievements of I.V.A.
Many people will wonder what does Intelligent. Visual. Analysis. (I.V.A.) means. To simply put it, I.V.A. is a system to teach students to develop their own way of solving problems.
Students find that most of the times the questions will look similar in exams and tests but unable to solve it because it's not the same.
I.V.A. will educate your child HOW to develop and find their own way of finding solutions to never-faced-before problems. At the same time, without forgetting the importance of neat and clear presentation.
